Job Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 1 Month
Schedule: Mon Fri, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description:
Role Summary

• Deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building
• Part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on client and visitor support

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for all facility visitors; greet with a welcoming demeanor
• Issue visitor and parking passes; follow security protocols
• Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
• Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers; provide solutions professionally
• Organize and manage on-site events (secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies)
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace
• Explain detailed/complex information within the team; follow manager s directions
• Perform clearly defined duties using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
• Reset chairs, wipe surfaces, and assist with general office upkeep

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Up to 2 years of job-related experience
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Communication skills for straightforward information exchange
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with inquisitive mindset
