Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days with varying start and end times
• Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS
• Operate LINAC equipment to deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients
• Assist in fabrication of positioning or restraining devices and patient set-ups
• Perform portal adjustments and interpret prescriptions
• Assist in tumor localization and dosimetry procedures
• Perform CT clinical simulation procedures
• Maintain close observation and supervision of patients in treatment room
• Work with physicians and personnel to organize simulation schedules
• Participate in training of radiation therapy students
• Responsible for capturing patient charges
• Maintain radiation safety using ALARA principles
• Skills required: Adult Outpatient, ARIA, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), TrueBeam, Tumor Localization, Varis-Vision/ARIA
• Must include RTO in submittal to be honored at time of offer
• No local candidates within 50-mile radius accepted
• Education verification required at time of submission
