PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 2ND SHIFT

A production team supervisor's primary responsibilities include supervising a production team, managing daily operations, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. This involves creating production schedules, monitoring quality standards, resolving production delays, and enforcing safety regulations. In addition, supervisors also train team members, conduct performance evaluations, and help with process improvement.

This position's working hours are 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a proven supervisor of a production team
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees
• High school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations
• Must have basic knowledge of computer operations, Microsoft is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to use handheld measuring tools to verify accurate dimension and fit of parts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Punctual and dependable attendance record
• Must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment
