We proudly serve the Tri-Valley and surrounding Alameda County communities, including Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore.Position SummaryWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, adults, and children with disabilities throughout Alameda County over the weekends. Guaranteed hours between 7pm and 11pm Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Shifts are a minimum of 4 hours with many more shifts available. On-call is an option. If on-call, the hired candidate will be paid for the entire time they are on-call, working or not.Qualifications/RequirementsWeekend availability, California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain registration before hire, reliable transportation, requirement to travel anywhere in Alameda County, ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus), previous caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience, CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain, experience supporting individuals with dementia, authorized to work in the United States.CompensationAll hours spent working with clients are paid at $22-25/hr based on experience.
