Director of Surgical Services
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days | 40 hours/week
Salary: $95,000–$135,000 based on experience
We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee daily operations of the surgery department, including Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Central Processing, and orthopedic/general surgery outreach clinics .
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Active Minnesota RN license
- BLS & ACLS
- Minimum 3 years of surgical services experience
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- CNOR and Master’s degree preferred
- Epic experience preferred
