Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist

Clinical Leadership: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and screenings, acting as a primary advocate for patient oral health.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with a loyal patient base through consistent, empathetic care.

Patient Education: Spend quality time connecting with and educating patients on preventive care and long-term wellness strategies.

Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments to support co-diagnosis with the dentist.

Collaboration: Partner with a supportive clinical team to ensure a seamless, high-energy patient experience.

Clinical Excellence: Maintain meticulous standards of sterilization, infection control, and detailed patient charting.

full-time $45 - $55 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Licensure: Valid and current Texas State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in clinical hygiene techniques and periodontal care.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to create instant trust with patients.
