Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in the automotive industry.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budget
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn and take direction, training will be provided
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
