Denton County Friends of the Family seeks a compassionate Shelter Services Specialist to support residents of the agency’s emergency shelter, providing crisis intervention and linkages to community resources. You will conduct safety planning, coordinate transportation, assist with intake, supervise volunteers, and maintain shelter operations while reporting to the Director of Residential Services.
