Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
Seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for night shifts in a hospital unit. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality care to first-time travelers and diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormal findings promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with certification, licensing, and travel regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid NJ state RN license or a compact license.
• Hold BLS certification.
• Have at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in telemetry or acute care.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new environments and travel requirements.
• Be able to work 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations.
• Comply with hospital and travel compliance rules including onboarding deadlines.
