Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion, CPI/MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. The complexity of work requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a stressful environment.
