Fearless Creativity: You are not afraid to take risks and come up with new and innovative ideas. You turn complex client problems into iconic creative solutions.

Ideas-First Mentality: You're a pro-active creative who likes to get their hands dirty. We need someone with disruptive ideas, and who directs the art and executes it with precision.

Social & Pop-Culture Fluency: You live on the pulse of what's next. You understand trends before they're trends and know how to make content that stops the scroll.

Tech Savvy: You love playing with AI storytelling and digital art and you're often the first to master new tools. You also understand when to use AI, and when not.

Independent Spirit: You are a pro-active self-starter, not afraid to take on responsibility and work independently. Clients don't just like you—they trust you.

Collaborative Soul: You thrive in a team of creatives, artists, producers and strategists, but are not afraid of leading the charge.

What You Bring To Become A Superhero

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant experience at an advertising agency.

Based in (or willing to commute to) NYC.

At SuperHeroes NYC you will work on a great mix of not boring campaigns with some of the best brands in the US and across the globe. You will also be supported by an amazing team of creatives, artists, creators, strategists, producers and client managers.

We're 60% office-based, which means 3 days of good fun in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn HQ.
