Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in the Baytown, TX area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Read fabrication drawings and mechanical layouts

• Fit and assemble mill structures guards and platforms

• Install piping hydraulic and pneumatic components

• Perform equipment modifications and shutdown jobs

• Inspect fit up dimensions and tolerances

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screen

• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

• Experience in steel or pipe manufacturing preferred
