What you will do as a Resident Services Coordinator: Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments to ensure appropriate coverage; step in as needed to maintain service levels. Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; assist with performance evaluations. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident services. Monitor care delivery to ensure quality, satisfaction, compliance, and optimal outcomes. Support the pre-admission and admission process under the direction of the Administrator/Executive Director, ensuring appropriate placements and a positive experience for prospective residents and families. Lead the assessment and service plan process to ensure resident needs are identified and addressed through consistent, individualized strategies and interventions. Immediately report complaints, grievances, or resident-rights concerns to the Administrator/Executive Director. Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: Must be 18 years of age. Must have a current CRMA certification and be willing to complete PSS training Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required. Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
