Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation

Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management Leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management Compliance with State/Local/Federal regulations Requirements H.S. diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required Logistics industry knowledge advanced required Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
