Rotating shift from evenings to nights.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks: 10

Requirements

• Full Name, Permanent Address, and Cell Number
• Willingness to accept positions within 50-100 miles from the facility at a reduced rate
• Updated resume or work experience including facility names, units worked, and dates employed
• Explanation of any gaps in employment
• Years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and documented travel experience
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
• Active Vermont or Compact License required at time of submission
• NURSYS report for license verification with all active licenses
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submission
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner (preferential, not required)
• Current certifications required: BLS

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient care needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
