Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Position: School Social Worker
Schedule: Full-Time | 2026/2027 School Year
Setting: On-Site | 2 Elementary Schools
A school district in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time School Social Worker for the 2026/2027 school year. This position supports students across two elementary schools with an approximate caseload of 45 students and focuses on student needs, learning, development, and progress toward educational goals.

Supports at least two elementary schools
Approximate caseload of 45 students
Develop and implement services related to student needs, learning, and progress toward goals
Engage students with diverse needs and interests across a range of ability levels
Adapt services to support individual student needs
Maintain appropriate student supervision
Establish and communicate high expectations
Support critical-thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills
Follow established policies and procedures regarding student health, safety, welfare, and education
Requirements:
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand or ability to apply for one
Ability to work on-site across at least two elementary schools
School-based social work experience preferred
