Fitzgibbon Hospital is seeking a self-driven, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg department. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages – $36.00–$46.00 per hour (no benefits) Up to $30,000.00 in student loan repayments* Shift Differential Pay Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 403(B) Retirement plan Tuition Reimbursement Program (after 1 year of service) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Shift Fulltime (72 hours every 2 weeks) 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (Days) Qualifications Valid Missouri RN license Current BLS/ACLS certification Med/Surg experience preferred Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing Work Environment & Patient Care All rooms are private Unlimited visiting hours as long as patient condition allows ICU and PCU available if required Comfort care (hospice, palliative care) available for families; grief resources provided Physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams provide service in rooms as needed Swing bed services available Trained Rapid Response team available to provide care if medically necessary Med‑Surg/Pediatrics unit provides care to children over one week old Special "kid‑friendly" menu for pediatric patients Pediatric procedure room with a "kid‑friendly" atmosphere Accommodations for parent(s) with children in our unit #J-18808-Ljbffr
