Division Controller

LHH Recruitment Solutions

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the financial operations of the Construction Division and strong exposure to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executive leadership
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Partner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost control
Oversee the division’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations
Supervise a team of three AP accountants
Prepare monthly journal entries
Support internal and external audits
Identify financial strategies that support company goals
Travel to job sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Accounting and finance leadership experience
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
SAP experience is a plus
Construction or project-based accounting experience is highly valuable
