Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Prepared to work with diverse student caseloads across K-12
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work onsite, collaborating with other education professionals
• Open to both local and travel candidates

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students, adjusting interventions based on individual goals and IEPs
• Evaluate, assess, and document student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student
• Maintain timely and accurate records related to student progress, attendance, and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the educational team
