Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. As a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting senior management and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Lake Bluff, IL Pay Range: $65/hr. – $68/hr. Duration: 2.5 Month Contract (Till end of September 2026) Shift: 8:30AM – 5PM What's the Job? Develop and maintain robust internal controls for accounting and financial processes. Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making. Establish and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance financial operations. Provide consolidated financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports for management. Collaborate with laboratory management to deliver financial insights and support operational goals. What's Needed? At least 5+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Experience in management accounting and/or audit is necessary. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
