We’re seeking  Production Operators to work at  Stanley Black & Decker , a Hustler mower manufacturer, located in  Hesston, KS . This assignment will be a temporary assignment with the opportunity for full time placement based on performance. 

Pay & Shift Information:

• 3rd shift – 10:30pm to 6:30am, Sunday – Thursday, $18.50 per hour
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for at least 1 week

Essential Duties:

• Perform safety checks and cleaning of fabrication equipment and materials movement within the applicable department
• Assist in continuous improvement of new and existing processes and verification of proper component configuration and information prior to delivery to customer function
• Offload, form, and deliver materials to upstream customer function as required
• Metal finishing of materials prior to delivery to customer function
• Perform process quality checks of paint line hanging equipment

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing, production, or fabrication experience preferred (required for some roles)
