Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient Radiation Oncology consultations, including initial assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Manage and oversee the delivery of radiation therapy for oncology patients, ensuring safe and precise treatment using advanced equipment. Utilize ARIA and Eclipse treatment planning systems to develop and execute effective radiation plans. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising radiation therapists, medical physicists, and dosimetrists to optimize patient care. Maintain meticulous documentation within Cerner EMR, integrating cancer care seamlessly with hospital records. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards with the support of Sun Nuclear and Radformation tools. Participate actively in a physician-led, autonomous practice environment that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and professional development. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiation Oncology (must be TRULY board eligible or certified). Valid medical license to practice in Ohio. Prior experience in outpatient radiation oncology preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work independently within a collaborative team setting. Not accepting J-1 or H-1B visa candidates. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive daily rate of $3,200 (equivalent to approximately $400/hour), commensurate with experience.
