Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 9 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Missouri Health Care and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Missouri Health Care.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred. Level I trauma experience is preferred.

Unit Details: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required. Must work assigned weekends. Must work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract.

Floating Requirements: Would work all over entire hospital.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
