Payroll Analyst

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the remote Payroll Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing and auditing using ADP GlobalView, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in a full-time contract role. Key responsibilities Process and audit payroll for over 10,000 employees in a large, automated environment Utilize advanced Excel functions and ADP GlobalView to perform accurate payroll calculations and data analysis Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and troubleshoot any discrepancies in payroll data Required qualifications Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payroll Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView is mandatory Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience
