Registered Nurse - Wound Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, Florida. As a Registered Nurse - Wound Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care to our patients, promoting healing, and improving their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' wounds and develop individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevention
Implement evidence-based wound care practices, including debridement, dressing changes, and topical therapies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound care outcomes
Educate patients and families on wound care and preventive measures

Requirements:
Current RN license in the State of Florida
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
