We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical research experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for clinical trials and research studies.
• Recruit, screen, and schedule study participants.
• Obtain and document informed consent according to approved protocols.
• Maintain accurate study records and regulatory documentation.
• Enter and verify clinical trial data.
• Communicate with investigators, participants, sponsors, and research staff.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations.
• Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar clinical research role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of clinical trial procedures and research documentation.
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and applicable FDA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic data capture systems.
