Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Deliver direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions that improve patient outcomes and support high-quality clinical performance. + Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, adjusting treatments based on patient response, clinical data, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. + Assess, document, and communicate patient conditions using Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to ensure accurate clinical documentation, compliance, and continuity of care. + Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse, ensuring effective care coordination, timely interventions, and improved patient safety and experience. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. + Advanced Life Support preferred.
