Sr Clinical Research Coordinator, On Site, Jefferson City, MO

IQVIA seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator for an on-site role in Jefferson City, MO. The position involves managing multiple clinical trials, conducting clinical procedures, coordinating study activities, and supporting regulatory compliance at a site management organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage 2-6 concurrent trials of varying complexity and therapeutic areas
- Recruit participants, obtain informed consent, and complete regulatory documentation
- Perform clinical procedures and coordinate study activities from initiation through completion
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and monitors on trial execution
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training programs
Requirements
- 1-3 years clinical research experience at investigative site (CRC I level)
- Proficiency obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, lab specimen processing
- Understanding of site operations and drug development processes
- Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with CTMS, eCRF systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Compensation: $44,300.00 - $110,500.00 base pay
