Staffing Coordinator

Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin Ohio. Edenbrook Rochester, a proud member of the Eden Senior Care network, is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee scheduling, staffing operations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage to support quality resident care.
Position: Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
- Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Covering call offs with other staff or agency when applicable.
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Utilizing computer software to prepare, change, and update the master schedule
- Fulfills staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Amenable to cover weekends and holidays
- On Call Responsibilities
- Answering phone
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Main point of contact
Skills:
- Preferred: At least 1 year of proven experience in scheduling or as a staffing coordinator
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with respect to confidentiality
- OnShift experience is a plus
