Legal Assistant - Litigation

Position Overview This role requires 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation and provides high‑level legal assistant and administrative support to multiple attorneys. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, etc.). Attention to detail, ability to calendar deadlines and court orders. Strong proofreading and drafting skills, demonstrated multitasking. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of federal and civil court procedures and rules of civil procedure, ability to work effectively with others under deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral. Expertise in e-filing in state and federal courts.
