Sr. Director of Prod Mgmt, Rack Scale Design

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining Nokia's presence in the evolving AI infrastructure market. Your focus will be on rack-level integration, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to create validated, high-density racks that combine various technologies. This role is key to ensuring Nokia's early involvement in rack-level decisions and offering technically sound, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define Nokia's rack-level integration roadmap for AI & Cloud, focusing on scale-up and scale-out architectures.
• Create business plans, product requirements, and competitive positioning materials for executive-level reviews.
• Translate customer and partner needs into product specifications, covering hardware, software, optics, and more.
• Develop and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, including rack vendors, server providers, and integrators.
• Engage with account teams and customers on RFIs, RFPs, and design reviews, representing Nokia's interests.
• Own a portfolio management process, tracking revenue, product readiness, margins, and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on liquid-cooled rack technologies and their implications for product development and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and services, to ensure a cohesive approach.
• Participate in QBRs, providing business insights and recommendations to drive Nokia's AI & Cloud strategy.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in data center networking, AI infrastructure, or high-performance computing is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of Ethernet switching, AI fabrics, optics, and data center operations is a must.
• Ability to understand and translate liquid-cooled rack requirements into practical product specifications.
• Proven experience in business ownership, including P&L management, business planning, and investment recommendations.
• Excellent customer and partner engagement skills, with the ability to represent Nokia in high-level discussions.
• Strong leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and managing ecosystem partnerships, especially in the AI and data center space.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to model margins, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• A proactive and innovative approach to product development and market positioning.
