Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We require native-level or bilingual fluency in English. We need proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We expect strong writing ability and solid grammar skills. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide input that helps shape and improve future AI models. We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving complex problems, and analyzing or visualizing data.
