Personal Financial Advisor

Providing essential personal financial counseling services, the part-time Certified Personal Financial Counselor will support military service members and their families by delivering one-on-one counseling, conducting workshops, and developing financial education materials remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver personal financial counseling and management services to military personnel and their families Coordinate and facilitate a variety of financial management classes and workshops tailored to military lifecycle events Utilize virtual communication tools for counseling and maintain communication with installation leadership regarding trends and issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required, or an associate degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience in financial counseling 3+ years of financial counseling experience Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Must possess one of the following certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process Virtual Vocations Inc
