The RN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. The RN will assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. The RN will administer medications and monitor patient responses. The RN will educate patients and families regarding treatment options and care plans. The RN will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. The RN must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The RN must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
