On-Site Community Manager — LIHTC Properties

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for our 288-unit Terracina Gold I & II Family Community in Sacramento, CA. The Community Manager will report to the Regional Manager and this is a non-exempt position with a Monday–Friday schedule. On-site housing may be provided at no charge. The Community Manager will supervise on-site staff, manage LIHTC compliance, lease apartments, monitor marketing, and ensure budgeting, occupancy, and regulatory requirements are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Properties Fund, Inc.
