Human Resources Generalist

Support the HR team with daily administrative duties and benefits-related HR operations in Saginaw, Michigan (onsite). Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) department Type, edit, and prepare documents needed for day-to-day HR operations Assist with updating company policies and job descriptions Support recruiting and complete pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference checks Participate as an integral part of the payroll process Requirements Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with coworkers Strong computer skills and experience using basic office equipment At least one year of experience in an office environmentThorough understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA principles (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience in an HR department Healthcare experience is highly recommended Experience Benefits administration: 2 years (preferred) Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching Location: Saginaw, Michigan (onsite) Salary: USD 48,000 - 55,000 per year Education: Bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
