Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience. Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Enjoy a flexible work schedule with options for 1099 full-time, part-time, or PRN hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 49 total beds, an average of 13,000 annual visits, and Level IV trauma designation. Foster collaboration and support among team members. Utilize advanced medical technology. Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
