Responsibilities: Verify shift start and end times along with completion of tasks Enter and maintain accurate records Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing Continuously review and update processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Google Suites and data entry Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Must be able to work independently and as part of a team EEOC statement: New Horizons In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
