Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Flexible scheduling options. Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings. Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.
