Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist

AltaPointe Health

AltaPointe Health is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to manage the provider enrollment and re-enrollment process across payer plans. This role ensures timely completion of applications, maintains re-enrollment standards, and coordinates with CAQH attestations.
