. This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

Our Recruiter Is Accountable For
Managing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system, Bullhorn.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
Ensuring the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices.
Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Maintaining accurate and timely candidate records throughout the recruiting process.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Bilingual in English and preferably

French or Fulani .
A minimum of two years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment is required.
Customer-focused, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
Results-driven, with the ability to accomplish tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
Action-oriented, taking on responsibilities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Strong time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
Situational adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to adjust priorities and work effectively in changing or ambiguous situations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Compensation
The hourly base pay range for this position is:
$25.00–$27.00 per hour
Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
