Project Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the construction and project management industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Port Matilda, PA
Pay Range: Competitive based on experience
Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm
What's the Job?
- Oversee multiple projects from award to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Manage submittals including shop drawings, product literature, samples, and color charts for approval.
- Coordinate material purchasing, ordering all necessary materials for each project.
- Attend weekly or bi-weekly job site meetings and coordinate with shop fabricators and field installation teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and project budgets, including preparing and submitting change orders.
What's Needed?
- One-year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write routine reports.
- Effective communication skills for speaking before groups and the public.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including reading tape measures and interpreting bar graphs.
