Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the location specialized in providing critical care for patients in the emergency department. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a diverse patient population, ensuring adherence to hospital standards and unit policies. Job Details Position Description: The ER Nurse utilizes the nursing process to care for patients, completes assessments, individualizes care plans within established guidelines, and addresses cultural and psychosocial factors for each patient. Required Qualifications: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications, NIHSS, and 0-6 months of related experience; Epic experience; working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The nurse demonstrates sound knowledge of bio-psychosocial factors, delegates effectively, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals.
