HR Clerk

KOCH FOODS is seeking an HR Clerk to support the Human Resources & Talent Management team in our manufacturing environment. The HR Clerk will process employee data, maintain HR files, assist with onboarding, handle I-9 and E-Verify, support time and attendance tracking, and respond to basic employee inquiries. This role helps ensure accurate records, compliance with policies and regulations, and smooth HR operations. You'll collaborate with supervisors and HR staff to support staffing, safety, and training initiatives in a culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation logistics
• Handle I-9 verification, E-Verify submissions, and documentation compliance
• Assist with time and attendance entry, corrections, and reporting
• Respond to routine HR and benefits-related employee inquiries
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and standard documentation as requested
• Support recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and pre-hire checks
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and HR team to support staffing and training initiatives
• Assist with HR audits, safety, and compliance documentation in the plant
