Cannabis Retail Operations Director

Copperstate Farms, a leading greenhouse cannabis company, seeks a Director of Retail Operations to oversee and drive the success of our cannabis retail operations. Reporting to the EVP of Retail & Marketing, this role leads multi-store operations through two district managers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
