As the Head of Investor Relations , you’ll be the voice that connects the company’s performance to its shareholders and the broader investment community. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll shape and lead the investor relations strategy, ensuring transparency and consistency in how the company communicates its financial results, growth plans, and long‑term vision. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic communicator with deep financial expertise and a passion for building trust and clarity in every conversation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Investor Story – Build and lead a clear, compelling investor relations strategy that reflects the company’s long‑term vision.
• Be the Face to Wall Street – Act as the go‑to contact for analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies, delivering consistent and credible messaging.
• Run the Big Moments – Take charge of quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows—making sure every detail is on point.
• Shape the Narrative – Craft and refine all investor‑facing materials, from press releases and presentations to annual reports and SEC filings.
• Bring Insights to the Table – Track analyst coverage, market trends, and valuation shifts to give leadership actionable intelligence.
• Work Across the Business – Partner with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure disclosures are accurate, compliant, and aligned.
• Lead and Inspire – Mentor and develop the Investor Relations team, building a trusted, high‑performing function.

What You Bring

• Deep IR Experience – 10+ years in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related field at a publicly traded or Fortune 500 company.
• Strong Financial Know‑How – Solid grasp of financial reporting, SEC rules, and how capital markets work.
• Strategic Thinker with Sharp Analysis Skills – Able to break down complex financial data and turn it into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
• Proven Leadership – Comfortable partnering with senior executives and leading cross‑functional projects that make an impact.
• Communication and Influence – Ability to shape messages for investors, executives, crisis response, and employees; translate complex financial and strategic information with clarity.
• Education Requirements – Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA or CFA is a big plus.
• Location is Key – This leader must be located or willing to relocate to Missouri.
