Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - LTCA, Lanham, Maryland. Travel assignment starting 12/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,468 per week to $1,528 per week with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30, five days per week. Setting: skilled nursing facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, working with residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with initial evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations as directed; help implement treatment plans and goals.
- Lead and participate in therapeutic activities and modalities designed to maintain or improve residents’ independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain patient safety, provide proper body mechanics and infection control, and care for therapy equipment and spaces.
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab therapists, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program (Associate degree or higher).
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and participate in a 5-day, 8-hour shift.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Travel-ready for a temporary assignment; prior LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required.
