Job Summary and Qualifications

The Advanced Wound Care Physical Therapist is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive program for the education and rehabilitation of patients requiring wound and physical therapy services. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. • You will be evaluating and treating a wide variety of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• You will be providing goal-directed treatment program planning and implementation for patients with wounds to include routine and emergency wound care.
• You will be assisting and participating in educational programs including the supervision of Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant students during their affiliations at our facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy
• Active Nevada State Board Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification
• Wound care experience in an acute or outpatient clinical setting
• Wound certification is preferred: CWS, WCC or APTA
