RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate & dedicated Residential Counselor to join our Residential Transitional Services Team . In this role, you will provide supportive counseling, restorative services, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in supportive scattered site residential programs or those in preparation for more independent housing.
This role follows a hybrid, field-based schedule that includes travel to client sites, along with periodic attendance at the Medford office for meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
BA in Human Services OR High School Diploma/GED with two years’ experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities preferred. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
