Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Comfort communicating with physicians and collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinic team.
• Strong manual therapy skills and solid clinical reasoning.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR or willingness to learn customizable documentation templates.
• Relocation assistance possible on a case-by-case basis.
• Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish, Filipino, or Cantonese).

Role Overview

• Practice type: Physician-owned outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
• Patient population: Ages 10–85.
• Payer mix: Mostly commercial insurance, with some Medicare and workers’ compensation.
• Care model: 1:1 patient care. PT completes evaluations and establishes plan of care. PTAs provide follow-up treatment under PT oversight.
• EMR: AdvancedMD with customizable templates.
• Interview process: Virtual interview, on-site interview, and shadowing/final interview.
